The Craft Brewers Conference is the premier event in North America for brewing education, bringing together more than 12,000 brewing industry professionals to share a drink and ideas on brewery quality and performance. For many industry professionals, it’s the best opportunity to learn about the latest and best products and services in the industry, with more than 800 exhibitors and more than 100 seminars featuring 163 expert speakers. The keynote speaker is someone small brewers can take inspiration from — Billy Beane, the real-life mastermind behind Moneyball who popularized the use of statistical player analysis to help his Oakland A’s outcompete MLB teams with far bigger payrolls.
As part of the conference, the What’s Brewing in Philly Tour will take attendees through Philadelphia’s bustling craft beer scene, and several conference events will provide a great venue to connect with brewing professionals.
Attendees will be able to learn about every facet of the craft brewing business, with 11 conference tracks on a range of topics, including:
- Brewery operations
- Export development
- Government affairs
- Packaging breweries
- Selling craft beer
- Technical brewing
